Our extremely experienced team of nurses and carers is led by the Manager and all our staff members are committed to delivering the very highest standards of care. Male and female care staff are employed so that residents can have their preferred choice of carer. Our home is registered for people over the age of 18 years, however we offer our care service on an individual basis.
When it comes to delivering exceptional care with love and a deep sense of compassion, the amazing people who form our Ynysddu team are the best.
Here at Ynysddu Nursing Home we will care for your precious loved one with the same tenderness and kindness that we show to our own family members.
Through a reassuring touch of the hand or a light embrace, we provide comfort and a sense of safety both day and night, caring for our cherished residents whilst giving gentle encouragement to build confidence and independence wherever possible.
At the heart of the wonderful care we provide at Ynysddu Nursing Home is our compassionate team of nurses, carers, managers and team leaders, as well as members of our wider support team, such as catering, housekeeping, lifestyle and front of house.
Lead by our amazing Manager, Natasha James (Tash), all of our team members are carefully chosen for their values and unwavering dedication to caring for our residents with tenderness, kindness, and respect. We nurture and invest in them and their ongoing training, ensuring they feel valued and happy, and love being part of our extended family.
